Ministry/Church Development

Barbara has worked with churches and Christian non-profits as a volunteer, consultant, workshop facilitator and staff member. She served on church staff as Director of Community where she helped form and connect members with small groups, developed and facilitated training for small group leaders, gathered and distributed small group resources and helped provide coaching, support and counsel to small group leaders. She also provided oversight for several other ministry areas and served on the church leadership team. Although she brings specific skills and experience to her work with churches, she knows that true individual and church growth and transformation only occurs when there is prayer, a strong Biblical foundation and a willingness to listen and follow God’s guidance.
